DZOFILM Catta Ace Zoom FF/VV 35-80mm (EF)

The DZOFILM Catta Ace Zoom 35-80mm is a compact full-frame cine zoom with a constant T2.9 aperture, here in EF mount. It is the middle lens of the three-zoom Catta Ace range, with a standard-to-short-telephoto range.

It is built for full-frame and VistaVision cameras while staying small enough for handheld and gimbal use. The lens gives professional image quality with smooth bokeh from its 16-blade iris, and the standard-to-short-telephoto range means a single lens covers a lot of everyday shooting.

It covers 35 to 80mm at a constant T2.9, with a close focus of about 0.74m. The front diameter is 80mm, the filter thread is 77mm and it weighs about 1.6kg. The EF mount fits Canon EF cameras, and the mount is interchangeable with PL. It matches the 18-35mm and 70-135mm Catta Ace zooms. It is a light zoom for handheld and gimbal use.
