Zeiss Super Speed MKIII Lens Set

The Zeiss Super Speed MKIII set is a fast, vintage-flavoured set of Super 35 primes at T1.3. Their T* coating and soft, flattering rendering have kept them a staple for decades on set.

At T1.3 they sit in rare company for speed, and whether you shoot wide open or stopped down the image stays flattering on skin. They produce vivid blue and magenta flares and have minimal focus breathing. The MKIII differs from earlier versions with bigger, more detailed focus scales, marks on both sides and a longer focus rotation.

A standard five-lens set is 18, 25, 35, 50 and 85mm, all T1.3 and PL mount with Super 35 coverage. Every lens has an 80mm front diameter and a 270 degree focus rotation, and weights run from 703g to 1,130g. They are compact for their speed, which helps on handheld and gimbal rigs.
