A 6x6 foot Ultrabounce, a bounce fabric used on a frame to turn a hard light into a soft, broad source. It reflects light evenly with little colour cast, which makes it a flexible fill for close-ups, interviews and product work.

Ultrabounce is a heavy, non-translucent fabric, so it works best as a reflector. Aim a hard source at it and the light that comes back is soft and wide. At 6x6 it covers a single comfortably and is easy to carry and set on one stand, which makes it a quick fill. The reverse side can act as a black flag. Because it is opaque, put sandbags on the stand legs in wind.

The fabric is 6 x 6ft (1.83 x 1.83m) and rigs on a 6x6 frame. One face is white for bounce and the reverse is black, so the same frame can be turned round to act as a flag, which gives a close-up its fill and its negative fill from a single stand.
