The TVLogic LVM-242W is a 24 inch broadcast monitor for DIT carts and video village. It is the one to use when a laptop screen or a small field monitor is not enough to judge a shot properly.

It is made for a fixed position rather than for rigging to a camera, so it comes with a proper stand. A broadcast monitor tool set is built in, including waveform and vectorscope, so exposure and colour can be checked on the same screen that the director and crew are watching.

It has two SDI inputs and a DVI input, which suits most video village setups without extra converters. The kit adds a sunhood for outdoor use and a 3/8 inch spigot for mounting off a stand. The large screen lets a director and a full crew see the same image clearly from a few feet back. It is a good fit for a fixed station on a shoot.
