The TVLogic LVM-170A is a 17.3 inch full HD field monitor with SDI and HDMI inputs, used on larger sets as a director's or client's monitor where the camera feed needs a bigger picture than an on-camera screen. It is a straightforward monitor for checking framing and performance at a distance.

The kit comes with long SDI and HDMI cables of 10m, a sunhood, a V-lock power plate and a mains lead, so it can be powered from the wall or from a battery. A junior pin spigot lets it go on a stand, and the sunhood reduces glare on a bright set. It runs from 12/24V DC or 100 to 240V AC, which suits both battery and mains use.

The panel is 1920 x 1080 at 300 cd/m2 with a 178 degree viewing angle. It has two SDI inputs, an HDMI input and a DVI input, with 3G, HD and SD-SDI output. Power draw is 60W. Body size is 42.1 x 26.4 x 7.4 cm without the stand.
