Sigma 50-100mm T2 Cine Zoom (PL)

The Sigma 50-100mm T2 Cine Zoom is a fast, constant-aperture telephoto zoom for Super 35 cameras, in PL mount. It is part of Sigma's High Speed Zoom Line, built to hold up to high-resolution sensors.

Sigma designed the High Speed Zoom Line to resolve 6K to 8K images while staying compact, and the parfocal design keeps focus steady through the zoom. A constant T2 means exposure does not change as you zoom, and nine rounded iris blades give smooth bokeh.

The lens focuses as close as 96.5cm, weighs about 1.9kg and has a 95mm front diameter with an 82mm filter thread. Focus throw is 180 degrees and the gears are standard 0.8 pitch, so it works with common follow focus and matte box setups. It pairs naturally with the 18-35mm T2. It is built for Super 35 cinema cameras. The long end of the pair gives a tight, shallow image for portraits and close coverage.
