Neewer X12 Teleprompter

The Neewer X12 is a collapsible, compact teleprompter that mounts on a tripod and holds an iPad or tablet up to 11 inches diagonally. It lets a presenter read a script while looking straight into the lens.

The glass sits at 45 degrees in front of the lens, reflecting the script from the tablet below while the camera shoots through it. The folding aluminium alloy body packs down small, so it works for interview shoots, video messages and presenter pieces where a larger studio prompter would be overkill.

It takes tablets and phones up to about 25 x 22cm, which covers an 11 inch iPad Air or iPad Pro, but not the 12.9 inch iPad Pro. The Neewer teleprompter app on iOS or Android scrolls the script. It pairs with a standard tripod and any DSLR, mirrorless or camcorder, as long as the lens is not too wide.
