MCS Moose Bar 15mm Handheld Kit

The Moose Bar is a pair-of-grips handheld rig for 15mm LWS rod cameras, giving a shoulder-free way to hold a cinema body steady. This kit gives you the bridge arm, offset arms and hand grips to build a handheld set up that suits run-and-gun, handheld drama and documentary.

A handheld bar lets you place the grips where the camera balances, so the weight sits in front of the operator rather than on one hand. The bridge arm clamps to 15mm rods, and the two 90mm and two 140mm offset arms let you set the grips wider or lower depending on the camera and lens. The two hand grips fit the offset arms.

The kit contains one 15mm bridge arm, two 90mm offset arms, two 140mm offset arms and two hand grips. All parts are sized for 15mm rods, and the offset arms come in two lengths so the left and right grips can sit at different distances from the rods to suit the camera and lens.
