The Hawk-Woods XBOXX 14.4V is a 1000Wh lithium-ion battery with 4-pin XLR outputs, giving the advantages of a conventional battery box at much less size and weight. It is designed to be carried over the shoulder.
It is almost half the weight of a battery box with a similar specification, which makes it a good choice for handheld or Steadicam-style work, remote locations and long days away from a power point. It runs professional cameras and will also drive most high-capacity lighting, such as tungsten or HMI lamps.
It is a 14.4V, 1000Wh battery with two 4-pin XLR outputs. It weighs about 8.2kg and measures roughly 12 x 23 x 22cm. It pairs with cinema cameras, 14.4V accessories and 4-pin XLR power cables, and a splitter cable such as our 4-pin XLR to D-Tap lead can power monitors and wireless video from the same battery.
