DZOFILM Pictor Zoom 50-125mm T2.8

The DZOFILM Pictor Zoom 50 to 125mm T2.8 is a compact parfocal zoom for Super 35 cameras. It covers the mid to long end of the range and holds focus through the zoom, so reframing mid-take needs no refocus.

Because it is parfocal with a constant T2.8 across its 2.5x range, it suits interviews, closer coverage and any setup where swapping primes would break the take. Internal floating elements keep breathing low, and the 16-blade iris gives round, smooth bokeh in out-of-focus areas.

Close focus is 0.8m. The mount is interchangeable between PL and EF, so it fits cinema bodies and EF-mount cameras alike. It is the longer half of the Pictor pair, and sits naturally next to the 20 to 55mm for a continuous run from wide to short telephoto without a lens change. It is a good partner for a wider zoom or a set of primes.
