The DJI Transmission High-Bright Combo is a wireless video system with a bright 7 inch monitor, made for sets where a director or DP needs a proper picture away from camera. It suits exteriors, gimbal work and long video village distances.
The monitor is 1920x1200 at 1500 cd/m2, so it holds up outdoors where a phone or tablet would not, and it is a touchscreen. The transmitter uses DJI's O3 Pro technology and can also carry camera and gimbal control back to the operator. The high-bright monitor is also a touchscreen, so settings are quick to change on a gimbal or in the sun.
Range is rated up to 6km on the ground, sending 1080p60 at up to 40Mbps with latency from 68 milliseconds. That suits framing and most focus work. The transmitter weighs about 350g without antennas. The kit's Tilta power modules and WB37 battery adapters allow it to run from V-mount or DJI batteries.
