Canon EF-RF Adapter

The Canon EF-EOS R mount adapter lets EF and EF-S lenses be used on Canon RF-mount cameras such as the EOS R. It is a simple, lightweight adapter and keeps the lens working as if it were native on the new body.

It retains full autofocus and image stabilisation. There are no optical elements inside, so the optical quality of the mounted lens is unchanged. The mount is metal on both the lens side and the camera side, and the adapter is dust and water resistant, which suits outdoor shooting.

It weighs about 110g and measures 71.2mm across and 24mm deep, so it adds very little to a small body. It is the most direct way to put an existing EF lens kit onto an RF camera, and it works with both full-frame EF lenses and the smaller EF-S range of lenses. It fits any RF-mount body, and it is easy to keep in a camera bag.
