Canon C80

The Canon EOS C80 is a compact full-frame cinema camera with a 6K back-illuminated stacked sensor, triple base ISO and 12G-SDI. It records Cinema RAW Light up to 6K 30p and suits documentary, commercials and drama where a small body is wanted without giving up cinema-grade image quality.

The C80 shares the C70's DNA but adds a full-frame sensor and Dual Pixel CMOS AF II, which makes it quick to use handheld and forgiving with fast focus pulls. This kit comes cage-ready with a Bright Tangerine top plate, side rib, baseplate and top handle on 15mm rods, a Tilta V-mount plate and a mic holder. Canon EF-RF and Metabones RF to PL adapters are supplied, so EF stills lenses and PL cine glass both fit.

The body has a 6K full-frame sensor with base ISOs of 800, 3200 and 12,800. It records Cinema RAW Light up to 6K 30p and XF-AVC 10-bit 4:2:2 up to 120p, with 4K to 120p and 2K to 180p, and has built-in ND filters. Two SD card slots take the two 256GB Angelbird V90 cards supplied. The body weighs 1310g, and the kit includes two BP-A60 batteries with a charger and power adapter.
