The Canon 135mm NFD T2.1 is one of four lenses in our TLS rehoused Canon FD range, in PL mount. It is the longest lens in the FD set, which suits tight close-ups and shots that need the background pulled in.

Canon's FD stills lenses were made from the 1970s into the late 1980s, and cinematographers use them for a soft, flattering image that shares much of the look of the Canon K-35 cine primes. TLS has rehoused them with a cam-driven focus, a chassis-style housing and a circular iris, so they handle like cine lenses. The 100mm and 135mm are the NFD lenses in the set.

The lens is T2.1, weighs 1.54kg and focuses as close as 3'8". The front diameter is 110mm, shared across the Canon FD set, and the lens covers full frame. All four FD lenses are PL mount, so they fit cine cameras such as the ARRI Alexa 35 directly and the Alexa Mini LF through a PL to LPL adapter.
