Astera ART7 Box CRMX

The Astera ART7 Box is a Bluetooth and CRMX wireless DMX transmitter that lets Astera fixtures talk directly to the AsteraApp. It unlocks more advanced control and customisation for a rig of Astera lights.

It can transmit up to 512 channels of DMX wirelessly and has a built-in battery, which makes setup quick because no mains power or cable is needed. Plug it into a lighting desk and it controls Astera fixtures and other CRMX products, and it drives the wireless side of an Astera rig from the app on a phone.

The RF range is about 300m, and a CRMX link reaches around 500m. The battery runs for roughly 72 hours with app use and 16 hours with CRMX, and charges in about 8 hours from AC or a high-power USB port. The aluminium housing measures 144 x 78 x 30mm, with a 3.5mm jack for DMX input and Micro-USB for charging.
