Aputure Fresnel 2X

The Aputure Fresnel 2X is a 6 inch dual-lens Fresnel attachment that turns a Bowens-mount LED into a hard, focusable source. It outputs twice as much light as the original Aputure Fresnel.

Two lens elements focus and magnify the beam onto the larger front lens, so very little light is wasted. A rotating barrel, like a camera lens, lets you spot and flood the beam smoothly with a simple twist. The design is built to limit light leaks and improve ventilation, and it is made from heat-resistant material.

The beam angle runs from 12 to 40 degrees. The unit weighs about 1.24kg and measures roughly 180 x 180 x 141mm, with a 7 inch front ring that takes Aputure barndoors. It fits the 300d II and 300x, among other compatible heads, and it increases output substantially over the bare head.
