Angenieux Optimo 15-40mm T2.6 Zoom Lens

The Angenieux Optimo 15-40mm T2.6 is a compact, lightweight wide-angle cine zoom in PL mount. It holds a constant T2.6 aperture, and is part of Angenieux's Optimo range of lightweight zooms.

It is built for handheld, Steadicam and run-and-gun productions, where weight and balance matter. The internal zoom and focus mechanics keep the lens length constant, breathing is minimal, and the balance matches the other lenses in the Optimo range, so you can swap without rebalancing the rig.

It covers 15 to 40mm, a 2.7x zoom, at a constant T2.6. It weighs about 1.9kg, has a 114mm front diameter, and focuses to 2 feet. The focus ring rotates through 320 degrees.
